The main crown technical parameters of impregnated diamond core bits include diamond grade,size,
concentrarion and quality,matrix hardness and crown shapes. The users can make rational selections according to the formations to be drilled.
To avoid excessive bit wear, tungsten carbide inserts are used on both sides on the waterway,and gage stones are a bit large. Impregnated Diamond Core Bit is made with high quality synthetic diamonds, mixed evenly through a metal alloy matrix. It can drill various formations from the softest to hardest rocks.
Size:
Long life diamond core bits are available in all standard drilling sizes . Also, non-standard sized bits can be produced according to requirements from clients.
Crown Height:
We could offers crown impreg depths of 9mm, 12mm, 14mm and 16mm .The taller crown heights provide improved bit stability and reduced vibrations, enhancing bit life and performance.
Waterways:
Various waterways are available for diamond impregnated bits. Differing waterways allow for better flushing in various ground conditions and drilling systems.
