HYDX-5E Crawler Mounted Full Hydraulic Drilling

Field of Application
HYDX-5E Type Drill Rig is mainly used for slope and straight holes drilling. It could be used for exploration and prospecting of geology, metallurgy, coal, nuke industry, hydrology and for other industries fields. It is a core drilling rig by using diamond and carbide-tipped bits mainly. 

1.    The triple hydraulic sees pump, the main valve and the motor are all selected and equlpped with famous intematlonal brands products.

3.    The drll head adopts a chuck type structure.    The rotation of the drill head has two mechanical shafts, and it speed could be adjusted by hydraulic pressure with stepless speed change, which can achieve high-precision rotation of the spindle.    Drill head is driven by cylinder directly and set with lateral translation mechanism.

4.    The mast is lifted and lowered with oil cyinder and is foldable, it is easy for transportationand located with ground supports.

5.    The hydraulic system adopts load sensitive control, and the rotation of the spindle is driven by dual motor with closed loop circuit, with high operation efficiency and big torque.

6.    The mast is equipped with centering guide in its upper and lower part, A hydraulic clamp is adopted at the position above the drilling hole.

7.    Equipped with an orifice working platform and two layer working platform.

8.    Equipped with safety protection nets.

9.    Equipped with a hydraulic mixer.

10.    There are three types of overall structure: crawler,platform and tyre.
