HYDX-4E Crawler Mounted Full Hydraulic Drilling Rig:
The core drill rig of full hydraulic and rotator adopted the technology of wire-line coring has been the dominant type rig for solid mineral deposits prospecting in developed countries in the world. It is also the developing direction of drilling technique and drilling equipment in China. Under these circumstances, our company has developed the HYDX-4 core drill rig successfully according to the situation of China. This type of drill rig could subsitute imported products. It could be applied to exploration and prospecting of geology, metallurgy, coal, petroleum, natural gas, groundwater and other industries.1. The rig adopts a tracked chassis.
2. The dill head adopts a chuck type structure. The rotation of the drill head has four mechanical shafts, and it speed could be adjusted by hydraulic pressure with stepless speed change, which can achieve high-precision rotation of the spindle. Drill head is driven by cylinder directly and set with lateral translation mechanism.
3. The mast is foldable, convenient for transportation and storage, with sliding touch function.
4. The hydraulic system adopts load sensitive control, and the rotation of the spindle is driven by a single motor with closed loop circuit, with high operation efficiency.
5. The mast is equipped with centering guide in its upper and lower part. A hydraulic clamp is adopted at the position above the drilling hole.
6. Equipped with an orifice working platform and two layer working platform.
