JDL-350 water and gas dual-use series drilling rig is a multi-functional drilling machine integrating water drill and air drill. It is the first in China. The rig adopts the 525 gearbox for automobile, the transmission efficiency is doubled compared with the hydraulic transmission, and the power consumption is reduced by 35%, which is more efficient and energy-saving. The drilling rig has a high speed and can be drilled with a mud pump to solve the difficulty of drilling the soil air DTH hammer. The boring machine has a large torque and can slide up and down. Product Features

1. The rotate speed of the drilling rig can reach 27-906r/min, and the maximum output torque is 9500N.m, which can be used for diamond core drilling.

2. The drilling rig is equipped with a hydraulic drill tower, hydraulic supporting legs, winch, and the power head can slide up and down. The hard rock can be used for DTH hammer drilling.

3. The rig adopts long-stroke double-speed mechanism and mechanical power head, and the power head stroke is 3500mm, which is used to improve drilling efficiency and reduce the occurrence of blockage and burning drill accidents.

4. The drilling rig adopts double oil pump for oil supply. When drilling, it uses single pump, and when lifting drill rods, it uses double pump to merge; the power loss is small and the auxiliary time is short.

5. The drilling rig adapts crawler chassis, the stroke of the outrigger cylinder is 1.5m, the hydraulic high supporing legs can stretch flexiable and load into the truck freely, which is convenient for relocation and transportation.
 

6. Some functional interfaces are reserved in the hydraulic system of the rig, and functions can be expanded according to the technological requirements of different users.
