Product Description

Impregnated bits can penetrate a broad range of formations from the softest to the hardest rocks. They are manufactured with very small, high quality synthetic diamonds mixed evenly through a tungsten carbide matrix. During drilling the matrix wears away evenly resulting in continuous exposure of new, sharp diamond points throughout the life of the bit.
All impregnated bits have T.C. and diamond gauge protection. The optimum diamond size, concentration and matrix composition varies according to the hardness and abrasiveness of the rock formations to be drilled.

Diamond reaming shell are important tools to be used together with bits. It's main fuctions are maintaining borehole gauge. Improving drill string stability and protecting lower drill string from excessive wear.

Helical type reaming shell provides a good passage for drilling fluids. The matrix is wearproof, and the working life is long.

Casing shoe is used on the leading edge of a casing tube string to advance it through the overburden layer and into the bedrock by means of rotational drilling. Depending on the range of application, the cutting media on the core bit may take the form of synthetic diamond, tungsten-carbide particles or tungsten-carbide elements.
